We were visiting Vancouver and stayed at the Level on Seymour. Saw this little restaurant on the corner and decided to give it a try. When we walked in, at first glance the menu appeared to be for a sophisticated palette. So happy we weren’t...scared away and gave it a try!! We had iced lattes, a chicken sandwich and the beet salad. The flavours were over the top delicious and the presentation was impressive. We had an added bonus of our meal being delivered by the chef named Sam and had the most wonderful visit! He was so engaging with the most beautiful smile, positive energy and so fun to talk to. He is an experience in itself. We are looking forward to going back for happy hour and trying out their dinner menu. Be sure to take advantage of this little gem of a restaurant on the corner of Seymour & Nelson!More
