We live in the area and this is our closest McDonalds. Not going to comment on the food. The service is beyond terrible here. I don't understand how some of these people remain employed. In the last year, there's been something misding from our orders...pretty much every time we use the drive thru. The manager steps up and offers free meals on the next visit for the inconvenience but those end up wrong too. It's hit or miss whether you'll get friendly staff or ones that seem completely annoyed that they have to serve you. Skip this location and head up to the McDonalds in the 2400 block of Portage...much better service and they get their orders right!More
