I have been going there since it opened and used to feel a valued customer. The last time I went for brunch, the food was late and cold. The floor, walls and washrooms were dirty. We couldn’t hear each other talk and asked to be...moved to a booth and we’re declined. When my friends suggested noise cancelling for the ceiling the owner smirked and dismissed her saying “we” like it like this and if you want to sit outside that’s fine - in 10 degree weather! Will never go back.
