I ordered a take-away on a friday and i came back home to find hair in my sushi! I tried sending pictures and an email to the customer service, no one replied. Submitting a claim on the shop's website gives an error and does not...work. So, i finally contacted the branch's manager advising her to pay more attention to this. She was so unfriendly and said that the pictures are not a proof even if i have the receipt. I should take the sushi to her to inspect. When i told her i threw them away, she said if i do not have the food then do not have proof and she cannot do anything. I was not asking for anything anyway! I was just giving them advice so that they won't lose more customers! It seems their customer service is even worse than their food hygiene! I sent them email and wrote a review on facebook, they replied by an email that they are sorry and they will investigate what happened and get back to me in a couple weeks. That was over a month ago..
