They screwed up my to go order; I paid for an item and didn't get it. They sent me a $10CAD coupon. When I returned to the restaurant, I gave them the coupon. Instead of giving me the full $10, they comped the lowest item...on the order which was less than $10. When I told them, they insisted that they gave me a $10 discount. I showed them the receipt that indicated the less than $10 discount and they continued to insist that it was $10. They should have comped me the item I paid for and didn't get the first time, but to give me a coupon and then still not give me the correct amount means they cheated out of the original ten dollars.
