My recent visit to this Japanese restaurant was a not a good experience. When I ordered my sushi, I noticed a fly on my dish. When I tell the server about my concern, he said he would ask the kitchen to make my another roll....I was satisfied with this, and told the server that I can't eat in an establishment that doesn't keep itself sanitized and clean. I said I don't think I should have to pay for this email. Rather that should apologize and comp the meal. He said I need to speak to his manager who had to call her boss. Then the server started telling me about how much it costs to produce the food. This went on for 30 mins. Overall the gave me no refund. This is a place I would not recommend to anyone for quality of food and service.
