Told by a friend that this place is run by Japanese but we actually found out it is run by Korean.
Told by a friend that this place is run by Japanese but we actually found out it is run by Korean. Place was clean. Price was good and portion was big but food didn't taste great. Nigiri sushi rice was not sticking to each other,...dumplings were deep fried rather than pan fried (normally because the cooks are lazy and they are not Japanese), tempura broccoli was greasy and not crunchy, salad dressing was Thousand Island instead of Japanese salad dressing, miso soup was a bit over-salted. Tempura shrimps, yams and pumpkin slices were comparatively good. Ginger pork was comparatively good as well. Raw fish and salad vegetables was fresh. Tea was bland but cheap, only $1/person. Customer service was good.
