I arrived with my family (5 in total) and was told I would need to wait a couple of minutes for a table, yet there were 3 empty tables for four right in front of us. We suggested joining two of the empty tables (they...were beside each other) but we were told they couldn't because each table was served by a different waitress. So we waited until another table was free. We were told it would only be a couple minutes as a table was paying their bill. Ten minutes later, another table of four freed up and we questioned yet again why we couldn't be seated. We were told they couldn't add a fifth chair as it would create a fire hazard; however, the table right beside it was also free. At this point there were 4 empty tables. We had to explain to the hostesses that they could resolve this issue by simply sliding one table over a foot to make a table of six - unbelievable. Finally seated, we ordered breakfast. About $15 for an adult breakfast and mint tea is an extra charge. Seems cheap to me. We waited a long time for our food. Many others who arrived after us were well into their meals before ours arrived. Never were we asked how our food was. Never was I asked if I wanted more coffee. We had to ask for everything...more water, more coffee, jam for the toast. Overall, this was a very poor service experience. The food however was very good. Perhaps this experience was atypical, not sure as it was my first time there, and I don't intend to go back. Interestingly, above the bar there was a sign that read: "Complaints, 3000 meters and arrow pointing towards the front door".
