The restaurant was closed and dark when I got there, 15 minutes before our reservation. No sign on the door showing why it was closed or hours of operation. Is this not something that Open Table would know? Why was it shown as open on your site? This was a Wednesday night at 8:15. I got a confirmation for our reservation (as per usual) from your site but nothing from Off the Hook. Please check your client and see why they are not open when you say they are. Very disappointing to be standing on the street in the cold having looked forward to a fish dinner.
