Made reservations because the reviews are such that it is busy....and it did fill up quickly..however.... the food was mediocre at best...the tempura was soggy..the miso soup was so watery that it was almost inedible although the tofu .. etc ..was fine...the sushi looked good...but was tasteless....the cod that people rave about ...is only allowed ONE PER GROUP OF PATRONS!! ...so only one person in our group could have it....a pretty unclassy practice to say the least... they said that they don't have any more...but a later customer was able to order it...( 2 tables away...I confirmed with the customer)...the place is packed like sardines and my elbow was almost touching the person in the next table ..there are many Japanese places in Vancouver I could recommend..this is not one of themMore
