guest at hotel where restaurant is located, went for lunch on October 2 with my elderly mom, my blind sister and my bro in law. My sister has an ADA certified seeing eye dog with a harness clearly labelled, and we were declined entry because...the dog does not have nor need papers. The restaurant manager was called, but was even more adamant that the dog could not come in the restaurant.
