We have always had the most fantastic pre-game and pre-concert meals at the Saddleroom Grill. Unfortunately last night was not one of them. There always was a high energy, positive, atmosphere created by the service team at the Saddleroom. Last night there was no energy...at all. The team members we interacted with were simply walking through a checklist of actions they had to take to do their job. The food was still up to the standard we are used to and there are some tasty dishes on their revised menu. There are many great places to enjoy dinner before an event in downtown Calgary and with the atmosphere the staff here created last night most of those places will be our choices now.
