I was working late and ordered online. My husband payed for order. Once I arrived at home I ate some pizza and he went to open breadsticks and they had no cheese on them. I checked the bill. We were charge extra for cheese. I...called to complain. Lady on phone was very rude I told her about it . She told me that we were to inform driver about issue and check whole order while he was at door. I told her my husband has eaten 2 and she told me she can't do anything. I asked for a credit. She repeated herself and said that we should of shown driver incorrect product order. I was even going to offer to drive there and exchange for proper order but they were closing soon so I don't think I would of made it there before closing( I know policy is to not let anyone in building after close). I could care less about the loss of $1.00 but can't get over how rude she was. I has worked for this company about 10 years ago as a supervisor and would never imagine to talk to a customer like that. Not the same staff as old Northgate store and will be switching pizza places.
