This is no longer called Rose Garden Restaurant, instead it is called K & H Seafood restaurant. Was trying to look for reviews under K & H - don't bother. We came late at night for the late night supper menu... it is the typical...Hong Kong style - mini dishes with plain congee. If you order 5 dishes, a free large congee is given to you. The dishes are good with good flavour however the free congee that is supposed to be large is small by comparison with other restaurant like Congee King. You are lucky if you could squeeze in 4 rice bowl size of congee. Given that you ordered 5 dishes of food, there is not enough congee to go with, we had to order a bowl of rice at the cost of $2.50. That's where they make the extra $, if you don't mind that... then you will enjoy the dishes... late at night with not too many customers, service was good. Don't expect ambience... you are in a typical Chinese restaurant... place is pretty run down - food is good. Their fried white fish in salt & green chilli pepper is well done - crispy, the green beans with sliced beef is cooked in robust black bean sauce.
