My wife and I have been coming to Japanese Village for nearly 25yrs and my wife has memories her mother taking them as a young child growing up. Took my wife on date night on Friday and i was very disappointed. 1. They lost their...liquor license (2 months prior), 2. The menu was is a scaled down version of their original menu. It was a bare bones menu and the prices are much higher than the last time we were there (summer 2021). 3. The staff had no answer to why they lost their liquor license, or why the menu had changed. I am typically not negative and accept things as they are but in this case given our history and past experiences this left me very disappointed I may try it again in the future before i atop going and look for another good Japanese restaurantMore
