Its a teaching school dining room so keep your biases in check, everything may not be excellent but its fun to watch the students learn their trade in a nice environment and to a person, every time we have gone for lunch, the students have...tried their best to please. Reservation accepted and appreciated, the menu changes with the development of the course criteria so expect variations with a few standards. The lunch begins with an amuse bouche and ends with a sweet treat from the bakery. In between you will receive a bread basket, choice of appetizer, main and dessert. Beer and wine are also available and reasonably priced. Linen service, credit cards accepted. One thing additional is the large TV monitor at one end of the room showing the kitchen activity. The restaurant opening days varies with the course schedule so call ahead.
