The first thing we did in Vancouver today was the Vancouver Lookout. You ride up in a glass elevator to the top of the tower. It is a 360° view as you can walk all the way around the enclosed viewing platform. There are placards...all the way around under the windows telling you what you can see from that viewpoint. There is a fun gift shop with a very friendly and engaging clerk— we both learned new Canadian and US words! There is also a revolving restaurant one floor above. The tour price includes multiple return trips to where you can go back all day and even at night to see the city all lit up. This was well worth the cost.
