Visiting Hamilton with family, loved The Jet Cafe for breakfast. Their menu is so varied we wanted to come back for lunch but our schedule didn’t allow it. Believe me, we tried. Shopping on King Street, talking to a shop owner (can’t recall shop name)...said we were visiting from Windsor, they strongly recommended we try The Jet Cafe. We shared our experience about the hotel’s continental breakfast (yuk!) we were up for trying anything. What a great discovery. And local establishment is always a bonus. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The menu has so many options. I had the classic bacon and eggs where my niece went for the perogies. Served with hash browns and toast. A wide selection of coffees was also intriguing. From ‘high octane’ to ‘French vanilla’. Yum. The homemade cooking was much appreciated when travelling. We tried to work our schedule around being back in the area to go here for lunch. Maybe next time. When you arrive, you place your order at the counter. Where you pour your coffee of choice. You’re given a number and they deliver your food to the table. Where you are surrounded by artwork from local artists. All are for sale too. A very interesting place to visit and the food is fantastic. Looking forward to coming back next time we are in the area.
