I had a chance to try out a new restaurant at Yonge and Carlton, Gurume Sushi.⁠ ⁠ Admittedly, I'm not a big fan of sushi, or more accurately, raw fish. I did, however, try the California Roll, and Avocado Roll, and a Chicken dish with...rice. Everything was delicious!⁠ ⁠ Being an avid cook, I was fascinated to watch the chef prepare the sushi.
