Bud & Bud light daily advertising on menu between 3-6pm for $3.99 canceled because of covid19 asked manager why it's still advertising. I was told that he does not want to honor the price & he has the right to change promos anytime without blacking...them out on menus and other advertising. I do understand that we live in a covid19 environment, but that does not allow for managers of a hooters franchise to make up his own rules.
