I and my brother went along with our family for the penultimate dinner in Vancouver. By the way I’m from UK and my Brother from USA and we are Indian by birth. I can’t muster enough words to describe the feeling and horrid experience we...had to go through. I feel sympathy for the land lady for the efforts she’s putting but I don’t think others around her gives a hoot ! Food took ages to come out of the kitchen and we have to wait almost hour to get nan bread to be served. Imagine 8 including kids of us sitting with one small piece of nan in our hand for next 20 to 30 min for the next round ! And they manage to forget what we ordered too. The worst thing is the staff. They give a monkey about customers. I could see few sipping drinks behind the bar etc. They came to with all sorts of excuses they could find ( if you are lucky for their audience ) I normally don’t review unless I feel it’s really good or extremely bad. I have noticed the land lady have responded badly with previous critical reviews. I suggest her to keep them reviews with herself and wish her good luck !More
