Fast Fresh Foods in the food court at the Eaton Center has good fresh salads that can serve as an excellent healthy alternative to the usual “calorie bombs” on offer in the food court. FFF’s chicken caesar includes: romaine lettuce, grilled chicken breast, bacon bits,...home-style croutons, parmesan cheese, and caesar dressing The first time I went, I ordered the plain FFF Chicken Caesar, but I found that there was altogether too much chicken and a bit too much dressing in this salad. So, the next time I came back, I replaced the chicken with two replacement ingredients (blue cheese and pumpkin seeds). I also asked them to hold back on the dressing; too much high-calorie dressing can obviously defeat the purpose of eating a good salad. All in all, the portion was still huge and while I was very hungry when I arrived, I left satisfied but not stuffed! This is pretty good value for money.
