It's a shame that I have to write this! But Jollibee Winnipeg Northgate needs to train their people on how to handle a complaint! Instead of acknowledging what the issue was, they added insult to injury! To think that blood in the chicken is a...common issue anywhere! Don't ever say you follow a high standard when it comes to cooking your chicken because if you do, then why did I get one with blood in it? Be sensitive enough and don't just hear the words, listen and have the intent to help!More
