The burger paddy was done on an open flame flame and then what appears to be put into a warming devise of some type until it's called for. It is then assembled open faced and served. The paddy was basically, dry cold and touigh, nowhere...near the required 140 degrees mandated in Canada. On a one to ten scale it rates a zero!More
