I eat here once a week at least. The hand made noodles and dumplings are silky. The variety of soups along with the classic dragging, pushing and cutting noodles options are awesome. I love the tofu with chicken broth and dragging noodles. I always order...the pork and chive dumplings. The eggplant in a hot pot is really good. They have pictures of he dishes on the wall so you can see the menu items. Service is fast and prices are low. If you have never seen noodles stretched and made by hand you are in for a treat. There is a glass wall into the kitchen and you can watch your dish being prepared.
