I never found an all-around-good-ramen in Montréal. In found good broth, good noodle, but it seems i never had the perfect combination. But, i would say that i found it in Thazard! Great big soft noodle in a not too salty broth! I was really...happy with the meal but there was no ambiance in the restaurant! We were alone at first and then three peoples arrived.... Went there on a saturday evening in august... was kinda strange...
