I usually order skip the dishes from the Richmond restaurant because their honey Boba is consistently delicious everytime. I made the mistake of ordering from this Kingsway location. 5 to 10 min after our order the restaurant called us to tell us their honey Boba...isn't ready yet and that we can choose a different item or wait 20 minutes. We ordered from here just for the honey boba so we said we will wait. Then they repeatedly told us we have to call skip the dishes ourselves to delay the courier by half an hour. We contacted skip only to be told this is the restaurant's responsibility. By this time the courier arrived at the restaurant already and our food was packed. Received our order and as expected, it was not what we asked for. The pearls were so undercooked and hard that we couldn't even drink it and had to toss it out and one of our drinks (Thai coconut) looked disgusting and tasted as such.. Really watered down. Please, if you order from this place, don't get their drinks. Save yourself the trouble.
