So this is a place that tries hard not to be pretentious. The furniture is a mish mash of various styles of chairs and tables. I noticed the Cake place next door is similar in that regard, although their furniture cost them a bit of...money. I like that they had maybe 6 of their own brews and 4 "guest" brews from other breweries in Edmonton. Good variety of beers on tap. The food was sort of gourmet-ish but the prices were also a little high. It was not at all busy on a Friday mid afternoon, but maybe it picks up. I hope they do well, but as I mentioned, it lacked a lot of things a person would expect for a 4 rating place. Park at Oliver Square and cross the alley since parking in front of this place is limited and difficult to maneuver. The toilets were unique in that they used kegs as sinks with beer taps as the faucet.
