Stopped in at this restaurant to try the wings. 3 orders of wings and all were about the worst wings that I had ever had (and I’ve been eating wings for decades...). Wings were most likely very old and very freezer burned. I’ve never had...wings that were dried out to the bone. Anyone that has ever fried wings knows that the process of cooking them locks in the juiciness. Can’t really make a mistake unless you tried. I feel that tried in this case.
