Smallish restaurant that specialized in Xi'an 西安 food which uses lots of hot spices and vinegar. The operator there (owner?) was very friendly and efficient and spoke English as well besides Mandarin. Menu is bilingual with photos, so no issue ordering. Mike Chen from Strictly...Dumpling on YouTube had reviewed this place and gave it high marks. This visit we ordered 4 of their popular dishes: Xi'an pork burger $5.50--cut in two halves to share, tasty and succulent. Xian cold noodle with gluten $8.50--chewy fat noodles with spicy vinegar taste. Steamed chicken with chili sauce $10.95, again similar hot and sour taste. Chicken were quite tender and mostly boneless. Hand pulled noodle (Biang Biang noodle) $10.95 which ressemble lasagne cut into 1 inch wide strips and mixed with delicious spicy and sour sauce. So the overall theme seems to be using hot chili peppers and dark vinegar a lot to flavor many dishes and though addicting can become repeating taste..
