We were part of a tour group but extended our stay 2nights. The first two days of our stay one of the elevators in the main lobby was out of service. There is another just up some steps from the lobby but it was difficult...getting up and down. On one occasion we used the fire escape. Anyway it was fixed Thursday. Apart from that we had a good twin room on the fourth floor. All the staff were extremely friendly and we loved the bar. I need to give a special mention to a member of staff called Donna who made our stay very enjoyable. It is located downtown and there are a lot of homeless people on Granville st but we never had any issues with them and you can walk down Howe to avoid themMore
