We went to Vimex twice just to be sure. The first time for lunch with friends and the second time for dinner with our daughter and our grandson (16). We are sure! You need to eat here! We had different dishes each time so had...a reasonable sampling of the food, including desserts. We loved it. The menu is not huge, but offers a good variety of dishes that can please most tastes. The food is spiced to your taste. Our grandson had soft tacos made to his tastes and he loved them! The Quesadillas are excellent as well. The enchiladas were very good as were the burritos and the delicious taco salad! Refried beans and rice are very nice. We all agreed that not only would we be back, but that we needed to examine the menus further. The Tilapia looked particularly interesting to me. Oh, yes, the Fried Ice-cream, mmmm! This husband and wife team deserve your support! They have parking.
