My normal haunt in Chinatown was closed on the Monday so I walked up the street.
My normal haunt in Chinatown was closed on the Monday so I walked up the street. Looking inside I could only see a small table and I wondered whether this was a takeout place. Once inside I could see the dining room and ordered a...regular size Brisket and Flank Pho. Great pho starts with a great broth and it certainly was. Super tender and flavourful meat and the rice noodles were on point. If I lived in Victoria I'd likely be a regular but will most certainly return as I travel often and soup is my preferred daytime meal.
