Today, I ordered Shrimp Egg Foo Young, General Tso's Chicken, and a #4. We were greatly impressed by the quality of the food. Tons of shrimp in the EFY, and loads of veggies in the GT's chicken. Sweet & Sour scallops were more breading then...scallops but that is to be expected. Since the pandemic started, we have had chinese food from the local area, my first time with Ruby's Inn and we will be going back for all out Chinese meals. From GreenboroMore
