This small distillery is a bit of a gem. There’s always a table open and the mixologist is top notch. Highly recommend the Penicillin cocktail made with Burwood honey Eau de Vie. Only drawback was the noise of the bar glass washer since we sat next to it. When you go, check out the upstairs lounge area.
