Went there with my mother and 3 seven year-old kids, around 6:15 PM on a Saturday (today) Ordered the kid box with chicken for the three kids, the spicy peanut for me and the Singapore cashew curry box for my mother. The meal came in...different waves, first two bowls for the kids, than 5 minutes later the last bowl for the kids and mine. 15 minutes later, after we all had finished eating, we went to see the cashier and my mother's plate had not been ordered. She finally did get her order 6 or 7 minutes later. as for the taste, the kids did eat some of the food and seemed to enjoy it partially. To my taste, it is quite bland, sweet, sticky noodles with 3 small pieces of chicken and some broccoli (nicely cooked though). The kids all verbalized the quasi- absence of chicken I was quite happy with my meal (spicy peanuts), good level of spice, noodles well cooked in a coconut sauce. The chicken tasted a bit old though, as if it had been cooked a day or more in advance. Although this is quite common in this type of restaurant, I believe it is not good practice. As for my mother's meal, a catastrophe. There was zero salt in it. We had to go to the counter and ask for it and found out it is an unusual demand as they have no salt shakers. And it was dry as can be. Looked like noodles with dry powder flavouring, tossed with some vegetables and meat. Even after adding salt, it was not good. I am certain that the meal was not well prepared , the recipe not followed. I did tell the personnel who told me he could not do anything about it. This is totally unacceptable way of dealing with clients. A "sorry, cannot do anything about this " is not even worthy of the corner greasy spoon. as far as client experience. I would have made a fuss if it had not been late with the kids and my mother being tired. Well I do not recommend it to family nor regular people unless you like to gamble for a 1 out of 5 chance of getting the meal you thought you asked for and that tastes good.
