Judging from the activity while we were waiting for our lunch, they have a thriving take-out order service. The servers are very fast and efficient, and very friendly. They do their best here to make you feel welcome. My black dragon roll was attractively presented...as was my partner's set lunch box. The tempura side we shared was hot and crispy, but I have had better gomae salad sides. On the whole I would say they try hard: excellent service, complimentary spring rolls, tea, and for me a miso to match the one that came with my partner's lunch. Quality is good but more average for Victoria than something to rave about.
