We can only comment on the udon soups, which are the same price as the Japanese sit-down restaurants. Edo is in a food court, and although prepared quickly, the soup was really terrible: salty, dark broth, and the noodles were stiff and stuck together, released...into the broth from a package earlier. The kappa roll too, was the same price to that ordered in a restaurant and tasted of supermarket quality (ie. stale). The tempura shrimp however, was hot and crispy nice, but a little small. I recommend ordering that. The service is prompt and the food court seating is clean.
