Got invited for my long time friend's 70 years birthday dinner at Kobe , it is one of top entertaining for Teppanyaki restaurant down town , I never get tired of this place , for years and I've been coming here for dinners , since...the 70's , not much change , ( except the price ) the decor and menu all most the same , the restaurant dinning room is on the second and third floor , pricy ! ( I remember the good old day it cost around $30 to $50) ) and noisy , not a good place for relaxing dinner , if you first time visit , it is entertaining and fun,, quality is okay , staff very friendly , the Chef very hilarious and professional , great skills , foods very delicious ,the best part is the boiled rice ! and the sauce , 18% gratuity is okay , I have no problem about it , best come on week night Mon ,Tue ,Wed , not that busy, less noisy ,, more time to enjoy the dinner ,,not a bad idea , get a group of six or eight of your friend , them you have whole tablet by your self , also you can all share the different mix dishes together , street parking ,also there is a lot of pay parking in the area , reservation must , not recommended for wheelchair ,because the dinning room is on the second and third floors , not a relaxing place , noisy, noisy , not airy , but fun place if you first visit . also for a special occasion . I have no complain , seems every one have great time . happy and full .
