I have been going to Boteco for a few years now. I have seen it grow and develop over the years. I was there last week when it was super busy. The staff was busting their butts trying to stay on top of it. Unfortunately...it was one of those days where it was much to busy and they couldn't keep up. This happens. It's happens to most small independent restaurants. The owner is gracious and always tries to accomadate the guests. I have always had a positive experience there. And have seen many people come back. If your looking for an authentic small restaurant experience and seek a community feel, then I suggest tying Boteco. This is as close to Brazil as you will get in Vancouver.
