Stopped here for a late dinner with my daughter. We've been to this restaurant a few times before, but this is the first time I've reviewed. Decent food, but not much else. We shared a dinner box and extra maki: - Salmon Maki, Tuna Maki...and Dynamite Roll - Slighly above average. Prawn tempura was still hot, crispy and fresh. That doesn't happen often, so that was a nice surprise. Sushi rice has noticeable amount of vinegar, which I like. - Yakisoba - Slightly above average. A lot of places drown the yakisoba in sauce, but they didn't here, which is how I prefer it. The surprising this is the sushi came out about 1 minute after we ordered. This raised my suspicion about freshness, but as noted above, the tempura in the dynamite roll was freshly fried. Yakisoba came out another minute after the sushi, which was also surprising. They're faster than McDonald's! Service is not so great. I would say 10% tip level of service. During busy nights, street parking might be hard to find. Immediate area is pay street parking, but residential parking can be found if you're willing to walk a few blocks. Overall, generally good (and FAST) food. Just don't expect any quality service.
