Dim sum carts midday peddled about and served hot and delicious, that’s the time to go. We went for dim sum at night, and while it didn’t disappoint, it was average. They seem to have 4 wait people responsible for our table, each with their...own agenda. One promised waters. Another promised more tea. Another took the order for Chinese broccoli, and 5 different dim sum dishes... and several others ambled by with them seemingly confused when a 7 top table arrived nearby. The food was good. The service confused. The pace off. The delicious oranges with the cheque seemed amiable. The broccoli marginally cooked, with a blob of sauce on the side of the plate. Meh.
