I've driven by this place every day to and from work. I decided to treat my family to a special meal tonight. When I first looked at the prices, my eyes popped but I said well let's do it. I ordered online, as the promotion...was 20% off for pickup. We ordered cheese sticks, spaghetti, italian poutine x2, 2 garlic dips and a large Naples special pizza. My total bill was $69 with the discount. Ouch! I arrived at the time stated for pick up at 5:33pm. They couldnt find my order and asked me for an order number. It took abit and then they said it was a system glitch and it would take 5 minutes for the order. I asked the girl, 5 minuts for the entire order? She said yes. That made me doubtful of course, how could you prepare and bake a pizza in 5 minutes. So we had to wait outside. After 25 minutes, she called us to pick up our order. Drive back home and we do not have our garlic dips or the bread. I called to advise them, she passed me to someone that asked me what was the problem, very unprofessional. I explained the order, the waiting time and then coming home to missing items. He asked what I wanted rudely. I said I want the items ordered and to be compensated. He offered me four beverages. I'm like seriously you made me wait, you screwed up my order and I paid $69 and want to send me four soft drinks. So his best solution is to send the driver immediately and offers dessert. I told him there were four people, he offered me four desserts. The driver came instantly. Well, let's talk about the most disgusting and disappointing meal ever. Everything for one thing was COLD. The cheeesticks were average pure grease oil salty and yuck. The italian poutine, mummy what kind of fries or wedges are those with where is the cheese for $16????? The pasta was cold, soaking in a half liter of sauce and sorry what part was meat sauce because we couldn't find any meat? Sent two slices of plain bread in a plastic bag. Pizza, COLD and bland for $24 one large. So disappointed the entire experience ruined our family dinner. The worst part is we were going to have Benny's chicken for $32 family meal for four and we all regret we didnt have it. The amount of money spent tonight for the worst italian, if you call it italian we've ever had. Will NEVER ever go back and do not recommend at all. Save your money!!!More
