I wanted to say how excellent the general manager was to us when we dined at the bar and grill at The Saint Regis hotel here in downtown Vancouver.
I wanted to say how excellent the general manager was to us when we dined at the bar and grill at The Saint Regis hotel here in downtown Vancouver. He went a step above in addressing all our needs and was very professional as well....I would return back to the hotel knowing he’s there. If I had to do a rank from 1 to 10 he’s a 10 in my books Michael from Stoney Creek Ontario.
