I ordered a grilled crepe panini. My order was for bacon in it, with extra bacon. I got ham with bacon. Over cooked rubbery fried eggs and not much cheese in the crepe wrap thing. I mentioned that my bacon looked like ham. I opened...the crepe up and showed the guy I assume was a manager that it was ham. Know what I got? A side plate of scrambled eggs, after I already said NO THANK YOU. So this manager looked at me, saw a heavy woman, and decided that giving me more food was the answer. No discount on my bill, even AFTER HE ACKNOWLEDGED that they messed up my order!! Never going back again!!! EVER! Upper James location. It was not that busy, less than 1/3 of the tables were seated. They cannot use the excuse of how busy they were. I have worked in food service, and in management. This “Manager” dropped the ball big time!!! I recommend going elsewhere for breakfast!!More
