On a miserable grey rainy day, I came in here for a bowl of soup, something comforting.. The server expressed that Minestroni soup was soup offering and considered a meal when I asked about soup of the day. After a long wait, a large bowl...of pasta arrived before in with little broth, a whole lot of pasta, large chunks of tomato, green beans and smaller bits of celery and carrot served with 4 small pieces of French bread with no butter. It was tasteless lacking flavour and hugely disappointing on a miserable rainy day. The cook should stick to opening a can of beer. This bowl of ‘soup’ cost $15!. I have been here before and agree with another review of it being hit or miss. On other occasions, the food has been ok but no more. It’s a pub. Friends have spoken poorly about food when eating here.
