Fran's is a diner/restaurant with a liquor license. Their menu is extensive (find it online) and goes beyond diner fare. Their prices are extremely reasonable, their food is excellent and all of their staff are nice, friendly, helpful and competent. 24 hour breakfast as well....Last but not least: They make espressos and lattes.
