Pho Bac is an Ottawa institution, purveyor of the finest Northern Vietnamese Cuisine. Its not about the ambience, as this is a bit of a hole in the wall. Its clean, its well tended and has great food. It has fabulous Pho and great spring...rolls, and I would highly reccomend the deep fried stuffed chicken wings. I have been coming to Pho Bac for 15 years and have never been dissapointed. Meals are a bargain compared to most establishments in the city.
