Spotted this food truck on the Hastings Racecourse, and while the lineup was pretty big few items on the menu sounded interesting. After deliberating for some time, the Trainwreck grilled cheese seemed like the right choice as the introduction. Overall, I can say it was...good. I think what did it for me in the said sandwich was the choice of Gouda cheese, absolutely delicious. Caramelized onions played their role as well, so as did a pickle. The first impression was good, so hopefully, I’ll bump into them again some time to try other options. More
