We called to order as the online service wasn’t working and the woman was very efficient with taking our orders. We tried the shio and the shoyu to get a good grasp of what they offered and it was ready quickly with the broth stored...separately to keep the noodles from being soggy which was nice. We’re big Momofuku home ramen fans and like to try ramen in cities when we can. This wasn’t our worst out-ramen but it wasn’t our best and ranked below the ramen we make at home. It might be different if you eat there but we felt like they only cared about their broth. The broth was good and flavourful if saltier than expected (I know shio is salt! Shoyu was also quite salty) but everything else seemed like an afterthought. The pictures for the place are cute but we had no fish cake and the noodles were stuck together in a round like you get from instant ramen. It was very close to our hotel so good location but I think next time I’d choose a longer walkMore
